By now you have protected your idea. You have done some searches and have visited numerous web sites. If you are lucky you met people who have listened to your idea and gave some useful feed back.
Now is the hard part, the execution part. If you have money, it is no brainer. Otherwise, you need a business plan. You need this plan to present it to the venture groups in order to be funded.
